By placing an order on our website or through our official channels, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your purchase.


1. Orders & Availability


All DIMA products are offered in limited quantities. Availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.


2. Pricing & Payment


All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

Payment is made via cash on delivery unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees, if applicable, are clearly communicated before order confirmation.


3. Delivery


Orders are shipped via Cathedis to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 24 hours to 4 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that transportation and delivery timelines are handled by Cathedis, and we do not have control over delays once the order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete
  • The phone number provided is reachable

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order will be automatically returned.

4. Returns & Exchanges


DIMA does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered and paid for.


Exchanges may be accepted only in the case of:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item received


Any exchange request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.


Requests made after this delay will not be considered.


5. Order Refusal


If a customer refuses an order at delivery or is unreachable, the order will be canceled. Repeated refusals may result in future orders being declined.


6. Sizing & Product Information


DIMA offers a one-size oversized fit designed to comfortably fit from XS to 2XL. Detailed product descriptions are provided to help customers make informed decisions before purchasing.


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having reviewed and accepted the product details.


7. Final Sale


All sales are considered final once delivered, except in the cases explicitly mentioned above.


8. Liability


DIMA cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control once the order has been handed over for delivery.
